چکیده
Coeliac trunk and Superior Mesenteric arteries are very much susceptible to variations were described by Tandler in 1904. Abdominal aorta branches classified as single double or visceral parietal. Double middle suprarenal, renal testicular coeliac trunk, superior mesenteric inferior arteries. Materials Methods: After obtaining ethical committee approval, we observed the origin, course branching pattern of pancreatico duodenal 50 cadavers kept for dissection from 2019-2022 Rohilkand Medical College Hospital Ayaan Institute Sciences. Results: In a male cadaver aged approximately 60 years, that artery is absent. another about 70 an additional artery. remaining specimens, normal.

Ruptured Pseudoaneurysm in the Inferior Pancreaticoduodenal Artery
A previously healthy 55-year-old man presented to the emergency room with abdominal pain. He had noticed abdominal pain in the right upper quadrant suddenly after a coughing. We performed abdominal computed tomography (CT), which showed idiopathic retroperitoneal bleeding, but the source of bleeding was unclear (Picture a). We hesitated to perform surgery because his clinical condition has impr...
متن کاملSuccessful endovascular treatment of post-traumatic inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery pseudoaneurysm.
True and pseudoaneurysms of the visceral arteries are uncommon. They represent 0.1-0.2 percent of all vascular aneurysms. Visceral artery aneurysms (VAAs) should be treated due to their propensity to rupture and associated high mortality. We describe a 58-year-old man with pseudoaneurysm of the inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery and who presented with post-motor vehicle accident abdominal pain...
متن کاملAbsence of inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery compensated by dorsal pancreatic artery: a case report.
Consideration of new aspects of vascular anatomy of the pancreaticoduodenal region is required for further improvement of surgical procedures. Awareness of variations in arteries supplying the duodenum and pancreas can help in minimizing the blood loss during surgery. We report the absence of inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery, which was compensated by a large dorsal pancreatic artery arising ...
متن کاملAbdominal apoplexy because of the rupture of gastroduodenal artery and inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery
RATIONALE Abdominal apoplexy is a rare and fatal emergency event, which is coined as a comparison to the cerebrovascular apoplexy. The exact mechanism of abdominal apoplexy was unclear, but arteriosclerosis, hypertension, abdominal aneurysm, and other predisposing angiopathy were considered to be the main reasons of abdominal apoplexy. The development of the imaging technology gave us more oppo...
متن کاملClinically relevant variations in the origin and course of the radial artery
Background: The radial artery is an essential artery supplying the structures in the forearm. Variations in the radial artery concerning its origin, course, branching pattern, and mode of termination have been commonly reported. The high origin of the radial artery from either brachial or axillary artery was detected in numerous studies. Clinically-radial artery is used in cardiac catheterizati...
